It's Scotty doesn't know from the movie Eurotrip. The song is incredible and culturally significant so we had to put it there. It did become a hit in real life after appearing in a mild hit I think like number 60 or something. After he first hears it then becomes an enormous hit so he hears it everywhere which is extremely funny great movie.
