SPD Is a Lifelong Symptom of a Sensory Processing Disorder
Sensory processing disorder is not like the clothes that you had as a child and you grew out of. You're going to struggle with that if you don't do anything to try to help. SPD is lifelong because it is part of you, it's part of your brain and your nervous system. If you incorporate sensory integration activities and tools into your daily routine, your brain and body can learn how to better process that input more efficiently.
