How to Create a Synergy of Brands

Malls don't need to maximize on profits, like what Prof mentioned about the REITs for every single unit. So they need to also think about the curation. For example, like Great World City, it's positioned itself as a family mall with great activities for kids. I really like to see the brands do more collaborations because when you have three or four brands targeting to same customers, they are all reaching out to the customers like three times.
