Building Trust in Facilitation

The idea of how much structure to put in place should live a little bit more in the facilitation aspects rather than in the pre-design phase. The mastery doesn't come from only content, it comes from the finesse in thefacilitation. How do you build trust with students so that they believe that you are masterful? That's where I think intentionality and listening are important qualities.
