Sleep Smarter by Using a Hot Bath 90 Minutes Before Bed

A hot bath 90 minutes before bed can improve sleep quality and help participants to get greater amounts of deep anabolic sleep. Getting one of those little rubber balls that are like in the big bend at walmart all right lay your body on top of it you lay your belly on top of that ball and just work it around in that abdominal architecture. A magnesium soak is something I like to do from time to time but especially if I'm sore or maybe I've had a rough night of sleep maybe the night before is something I'll add into the mix. Another part here to shift gears with what's going on with your brain again is journaling slash scripting your day for tomorrow.
