Linda Ann: When you look at an assessment that's out there, be careful before starting to break it down. I remember like a long time ago, people used to fill out in magazines, like these surveys about themselves. People like to fill these things out. The first 10 questions are almost like reading a book. And now their mind is going and then they're really purposeful about their questions. It just increases their determination to continue to go all the way to the 55.
