Training at Lt Two, Is That a Good Thing?

In most of the year, in most of our training a or interval session, is around altitude. So to be quite general, i wil say that on the vike we are maybe 60 to 75 minutes at altitude. You cannot work at ta four milla more lecketed, because then you are going too high. On the run, we are morerless. Well, 14, 15 k that is something we see that work quite well, as long as ye stay at the right intensity.
