How to Deal With Chronic Pain and Physical Release
I've been talking with people about as research talk about this idea of embodiment. How do you reconcile embodiment and being in your body and being present if you have chronic pain? I would say the beautiful part about the answer to this is that whether we were in COVID or not, whether you were injured or not, this would all be the same. Try everything. Like meditate do yoga, go on long walks, scream very, very loudly. There are things that we don't think are normal societally that will bring us immense pleasure and release.
