The Volitional Aspect of Buddhism
As you respond to value, and especially as you respond to other people, the less and less you want to do actions that cause harm. This brings in what we call ethics and Buddhism, so you naturally want to cause less harm. So this volitional aspect that's started off at the beginning of our journey with Shrathar becomes our ethical practice. For an enlightened being, harming other beings would be impossible,. it wouldn't be a practice, in a sense, it wouldn’t be a choice anymore, it would just be simply impossible.
