How Long Does It Take to Build a Habit?
The myth that it's 21 days to form a habit is not true. It depends on how complex the behaviour is, and what kind of job you're doing. The key to thinking about rewards is to make sure you're finding a way im that it feels fun and light to do the thing that’s good for you. If we enjoy the activity itself, we'll keep doing it. We care so much about that instant gratification, that instant experience. But if we find it miserable, we won't come back.
