mart il: geometric breathing is about looking at a shape and breathing it. Inhale for four, hold for four. Exhale for 4, hold the breath out for four. So easy one would be a triangle or box breathing. And i was just blown away by and i thought, this is a way of breathing. It's a way of teaching it. There's no end to this.
