How to Compete in the Content Business
Per: One way to compete in this space is to look at what large companies don't have the time to go after. For a billion dollar company like the new york times, they have a bar where they're like, well, this has to make five, ten, 20 million dollars in order for us to even think about investing it. But that doesn't mean that those aren't vilable businesses. It's just that sometimes these big players can't make them work at the right level in order to justify it. That's your opportunity.
