The Benefits of Having an External Focus
Gabby Wolf: It's so much good stuff happening when you attend to your external world. And like the literature also shows, most coaches and athletes tend to be very internally minded. So I think it's very helpful to have this bulk of research showing that if you just start to attend externally, a lot of good things may happen.
