basal insulin, long acting insulin, whatever your doctor's going to call it is a background insulin that is working on basically its job as body functions. If you don't have your basal correct, it's going to impact everything else. You might have to work a little bit to find the insulin that works best for you. And so these first couple leaps, you have to get past. Are you giving me leaven me or are you giving me trisiba? Or you, and by the way, I don't know who makes their different companies and et cetera.
