Is Comedy Legal Again?

Comedy used to be something that everyone could just laugh at you. Now people are judged by doesn't make you laugh or not there's no room for conversation oh that wasn't funny even though it got a laugh now that new territory has been opened and so I propose that we close it the only way that people are allowed to respond to comedy is either by laughing or not laughing they're not allowed to applaud under my regime. If you elect me I will be your champion and everyone will be laughing again just like the old days, he says.
