The Law Needs to Catch Up

Ryam argues that the law should not distinguish between behavior by an ai and behavior by a person. In many areas of the law, there is some sort of preference given to human or machine behavior. This often has a negative impact on the goal the law is trying to achieve. I think this sounds like a fascinating subject and worth a deep dive in another podcast episode.
