Are We Ready to Let Human Judges Take Over the Judiciary?

We have developed a cognitive apparatus that is so noisy. What are the evolutionary advantages of being so crazily random? There is variability in every biological phenomenon. And thus this variability in in nature is actually quite useful because it's the engine of evolution. But the variability that we talk variability in judgments, noise, is really useless,. Because you lean nothing from it. Can algarisms and ai wich again, this great instinctive resistance to that. Should we be letting them take over the judicial tak ofr medicine taker, the running of large businesses and insurance companiesir ? I think i don't know if society is prepared to do that.
