Is There a Difference Between Morning and Night?

For meals a, i like to be up super early and ahead of the day. But i realize i wasn't as efective as if i get up at six. I switch my work out to the afternoon and supose of the super early morning, like, i actually sleep better. And then i just do a quick afternoon power nap for about 20 minutes. So i treat my power naps almost like miniature plant medicine journeys.
