Relaxation Flows From the Breath

Make sure you are comfortable and either sit or lie in a comfortable position where you can safely go to sleep. Make sure your legs are uncrossed and put your hands by your side, and try to relax and let go of all tension. If you have already closed your eyes, that's good. But if you haven't, now, without moving your head, focus your gaze on a spot on the ceiling. And when your eyelids art to feel heavy and you feel like you want to shut your eyes, don't resist. Just let them close and gently release all thoughts, cares and concerns and allow yourself to be completely relaxed and comfortable.
