How to Find Your Weaknesses and Develop Them

It's no good to be excellent at one thing and so poor at a handful of others that you're hurting people. Oftentimes, there's much more room for growth in those areas. Do mental simulations. Find your own area of interest and excellence. Be excited and interested and have fun with what you're doing. At least most of the time.
