The Three Offices of a Pastor

As a pastor, how does knowing the three offices pastorally for a parishioner? How does it really help us as Christians? It helps us to see the various ways in which Christ served on earth. I mean, not that these offices aren't a part of his ongoing ministry now while he's in heaven. But- And the way he identifies with us as a priest in his humanity and then bringing us to God.
