It is the absolute joy of my career that now i have the total freedom to choose who i work with. We vet our clients just as much as they vet us. If i feel like i cannot get along with someone, i politely decline their project. It's a job that you don't leave at the door when you go home. You are constantly thinking about it. And it's very personal to people. So i would say it's always been the relationships, and it's something that i would never compromise on.
