Jana: I started to have these incidences of nerve pain that ran from my back of my neck, like between the shoulder blades and then just spread down my back and down my arms. It was almost like overactive to the point that I felt like I needed to jump out of my skin. Jana: When it's complex trauma, it becomes really, really hard to even name. This is why mindfulness work is so helpful with this - paying attention to how these things are showing up. The flight response or FON can be a big one for LDS women; we'll talk about those soon.
