How to Engage in Jujitsu Training
Find how you enjoy consuming jujitsu, maybe it's podcasts. Just find a bunch of podcasts you like and listen to those during your training time. If whatever injury you have allows you to do certain exercises, you could even do those. And I think just keeping that same if you were hitting three classes a week before you broke, whatever it was, you broke your fibula,. Before you did that, keep that schedule, keep that routine and try to stay engaged during that time.
