How Much Time and Energy Is Filled Into Addiction?

i really love speaking to other teens and other adults about this, is cause i genuinely cannot imagine having gone down that rabbit hole. And there are still so many tens that do that, and it gets to a point where it is taking such a huge toll on your mental and physical well being. Because of just that peace that requires so much energy and care that can be funnelled into hundreds of other outlets for the same benefits.
