I would be inclined to see that as a vision showing something about his destiny and about our destiny as well. I don't think St. Thomas addresses it as far as I know he does talk about like different characteristics of the glorified body, which he gets from Paul and Bruce Crenties. You know, that is another interesting and difficult problem for the resurrection,. Like say I donated kidney to my cousin or something, like, do I get it back when I'm raised? You know, like, I don't know. God can sort it out.
