ACE Inhibitors and Chronic Cough

Cough is a significant side effect associated with this drug, because of the bradicynin. It's thought that this is probably one of the main reasons for why it's discontinued because of the chronic cough. Some people can go into more serious bradicyn in-induced effects, and so they can get angioedema. Like I said, hypo tension is particularly on the early first dose uses of this drug. You can get quite a big drop in blood pressure. The effect of the kidney can cause protein urea. And all of which, obviously, are going to reduce blood pressure.
