How to Date a Pot Shirt

A lot of these sites do have a lot of broken pottery just scattered around. Some of it is kind of like decoration, like somebody had a bunch of pots made in shattered them all and just kind of scattered things. And some of it is ancient pottery where this has already been found. It's not unusual to find pot shirts, but you can't really date a pot shirt. You know, you can't carbon 14 date it.
