The Vacuum of Fanatics

In Australia and I'm sure it's a similar situation in Canada our institutions get these you know brownie points. These diversity equity and inclusion points who are given out by what are some of them? Oh like the Australian or Equality Workplace Index. Exactly. So there's just like this vacuum and these fanatics come in and just fill the vacuum with their insidious and pernicious ideology. But if it weren't for these managerial types who have got no spine and no value system of their own these fanatics wouldn't be able to come in and take root the way that they have.
