The Language of Impairment in a Frozen Shoulder
The language that clinicians communicate in is the language of impairment. We've taken upon ourselves to think that it's important to increase range of movement. I'm not in any way convinced at all that that's what's important for patients. The fact that we've got an extra 30 degrees of A movement is probably very insignificant if they still can't tuck this shirt and reach to their bra, can't reach a shelf.
