I think that people build community when they work on something together. And if you go out into the environment and it's prepared in the proper way, then you're going to have that feeling of agency. That relieves some of people's fears. And then that makes them less defensive, and that makes meetings more productive. It's performance. It's theatre. It's not really any kind of working together.
