Is There a War for Talent?

I would like to see firms that are so chinsy go out of business. I think a lot of companies think they offer pretty good benefits, and they are mistaken. Those early salaries when you're in your twenties or thirties really add up overtime. People who have that interastructure built int already know what the right questions to ask are. And i think there is this issue that's even broader, which as if you come from a family who knows how to negotiate these issues then you're likely to have that information.
