How to Build a Diagram

There are lots of different tools that I've used and I've seen other folks use. So on the low level, we kind of do have these physical artifacts like sticky notes, flip charts, whiteboards. But typically, you see things even like spreadsheets using Excel or PowerPoint to some degree as well too. There are also some online tools, so just a short shout out to the company that I work for called Mural.co. We actually allow you to do that kind of sticky noting right in your browser.
