The Future of Antibiotic Therapy for Sepsis

In a few years we can anticipate that we'll be starting antibiotics based on the results of a pro-kels atone level or PCR amplification. I still think we'll start with aggressive broad spectrum antibiotics because we know they work but what I think we'll understand more is about is about sepsis and the bacterial load. And so you know remember things like nocirium and angiodides are exquisitely sensitive to cephalosporins right so if you same thing with with strep species, it's really where I see things going.
