Parkour in Hong Kong

Mathieu Jang is an OG from Hong Kong living and studying in Los Angeles. In the last year or so, he has exploded on social media and amassed a following of over 330k since doubling down on uploading the niche of barefoot parkour. That, coupled with the long hair and bare chest, made for a fairly unique urban Tarzan-esque spectacle that continues to go viral. Mathieu and Callum speak about the pros and cons of training barefoot and diving into some strength and conditioning talk.
