It's hard to describe how big and how powerful these capital markets would be for the united states. You'd have thousands of new securities being launched. A lot of people probably need to get hired by the c c to oversee them. Its just what part of that is not attractive from a us Point of view, and fro even from a regulator's point of view. I mean, this innovation is going to happen. It's just a matter if you want it to happen in the united States.
