Cheryl Skegan, one of John Shanahan's corporate attorneys sued him in 2007. She says he grabbed her buttock and said it was firm due to all her horseback riding. He also sent flowers to her home that she shared with her husband and five kids. Despite his proclamations of innocence, John Shanahan settled Cheryl Skegan's lawsuit pre-trial for $700,000.
