I think often women at least get the message that more is more when it comes to exercise. I actually think could be counterproductive depending on how you're doing it and why. The vast majority of successful fat loss will come from the nutrition side. It's still very important for people in those early phases to get into training because that's where you're going to pay the dividends upcoming.
