The Death of Biggie Smalls
Theresa Swan had been involved in a lot of fraud and car theft, particularly when it came to the bankruptcy of Sugar Knight. She would pretend that she was on his legal team so she could have conversations with him in private that weren't recorded. So Cading knew he could manipulate Theresa into talking, even dropping the dime on Sugar to use Cading's own words. After the third meeting, he told her that they needed information about the killing of Biggie Smalls.
