How to Train Cognitive Grit
When it comes to grit, you've got to start physically. You have to start with whatever activity you do for exercising. Once you start getting physically gritty, you can start training cognitive grit. Fear is a fantastic motivator, but only if you become very gritty along the way. For peak performers, we don't like to slow down, stop or relax. And peak performers have a hard time with that.
