I was able to meet up with Ian Castle yesterday morning we met for breakfast here in Pennsylvania. He's completely 180 on cardio because new studies came out totally changes opinion and this is my whole point like we are constantly in flux you don't know shit it's subject to change everything we think we're so perfect on now will be the equivalent of like drilling holes in our heads for headaches 100 years 100 years from now.
