The Importance of Speed in the Cloud
At TIFFID, we have to deliver something of high impact to users every week and learn from it. Our unit of work is one week. Every week we measure our success on what have we created for our users in terms of impact then what have we learned from it? We think that the speed of learning is the ultimate risk indicator from a business standpoint. It's all about providing clarity through OKRs and execution and learning from that execution as fast as possible with minimal amount of resources possible.
