"I write both fiction and nonfiction. So you can have an inspiration," he says. "That might be what Robin Thicken for L. Williams sang it." In his opinion, the key ingredient to songs is the catchy melody. The reason to establish a particular limitation on copyright is to strike the balance that incentivizes original creations but maximizes the universe of art that we have to listen to.
