How to Use Tiny Habits to Grow Your Life

Tiny habits are three hacks that i brought together in two thousand ten when i was hacking my own life, my own behaviors. So we can use tiny habits to help things grow, like to help all behaviors grow and change. And what you use is your existing routine to remind you to do the new behavior so lisit you walk more. In tiny habits we call celebration. It's a way to fire off a positive emotion inside yourself. That emotion then causes the dope min regulation in your brain to change which helps to wire n the habit.
