I think Alex has been doing a fantastic job um it's great to see Williams doing well and the more teams do well the better. It was a shame that alpha tarry's big moves didn't seem to have quite helped as much as they hoped they would but you know i'm sure that they'll go back to the drawing board on that. Nik de vries is incredibly self-critical and everything that youYou read in the media and everything the the dr helmet marco says nik's already been there  i believe that he's a better driver than what he's sharing inFormula one.
