Delegation Is a Good Option for Exchanges
compound. do have so many assets and customers most retail customers in particular don't have the time to vote or have an opinion they'll probably just delegate that power to the custodian. where to use another third party who is a sophisticated governance actor to vote on behalf of the custody funds because it's hard to picture a universe where people with one two ten hundred tokens are surrounding through the forums and making educated votes. i actually think there should be an in-protocol way for delegates to earn a living or if not earn earns from their work.
