The Shared Values of Britain and Saudi Arabia

We need to start punishing victims of crime hard. And Saudi Arabia may be taking a lead in this because if we don't punish the victims, people will continue to be victims of crime. The verdict was said to have shocked even Saudi lawyers. But I guess maybe in Britain we shouldn't be so judgmental,. just recently we put a man on the sex offenders register for attempting to fornicate with his bicycle in the privacy of his own room.
