The Ghost of a Cloak

There's a key with the letter D etched into it in one of the pockets. There's also an envelope addressed to a Mr. Hamlord from Lofton College. Inside the envelope is a formal letter requesting Hamlord fill in for the Wolfman's teaching post at the college In light of recent events. The signature on this letter is illegible, so I don't know who that person is or what they're about. A potion? What more is in this cloak? Three things? I'm going to pocket the potion.
