The Importance of Purposeful Relationship Building

For an introvert or someone who doesn't love to talk to people like I do, the idea that if you see the chairman of medicine, walking on the hall, and you've been thinking about this project, that's a great opportunity. You could be with one, you know, one to one or small groups of people that's more comfortable for after it. The walk down the hallway is it can only last so long because you're both going somewhere else. So there's obviously just extroverted relationship building that's, but also there's this purposeful kind of like Oh, there's so and so and I need to talk to them about this.
