China's Leman Brothers Moment?
People have talked about crashes and bubbles bursting in the chinese economy for more than a decade now. Could this be china's leman brothers moment? Do you think? I really don't think that there is a leman brother's moment for china, because the government has so much control over the economy. Households need other ways to ter their funds to prevent the real estate bubble from continuing to grow. If households don't get the message that they shouldn't speculate in real estate, which the government has tried to send for years, that this will just continue after evergrand. It won't happen. We don't think it's going to happen.
